Snowcreek Mammoth - Neighborhood District Plan

On May 14, 2008, the Snowcreek Neighborhood District Plan (NDP) Framework, which
includes NDP boundaries and key issues, was brought to Planning Commission for review
and approval at their regular 9:00 a.m. meeting, followed by a 6:00 p.m. public workshop
with joint Commissions (Planning, Mobility, Public Arts and Tourism and Recreation
Commissions). At the 9:00 a.m. meeting, the Planning Commission approved the Snowcreek
NDP boundary and sphere of influence as modified by the Planning Commission to be
consistent with the 2007 General Plan. At the 6:00 p.m. meeting, the Planning Commission
approved the Snowcreek NDP guiding principles as identified in the 2007 General Plan, and
approved the issues to be addressed through the Snowcreek NDP as modified by the
Commissions and the public. Town staff and the third party consultant for the Snowcreek
NDP, Hart Howerton, will revise the Framework based on the Planning Commission's
decisions and will bring the revised Framework to the Town Council for review and
approval. The Snowcreek NDP Framework is anticipated to be brought before Town
Council in June. Please look for additional information on this item in the Friday Update or
